Weekly Yoga Therapy Class, Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, 5 pm to 6:30 pm (EST)
This intimate group class is limited to 4 participants and, just like the private sessions, is truly at the crossroad of group therapy and yoga.
The class starts with a “healing circle” where you are invited to share, in a safe space, what is going on with you, what is weighing on your heart.
Then, you practice a unique style of yoga that’s available for everybody, whether you are young or in your 90’s. The practice helps you become aware of your sensations and the way your body interacts with the world around you.
The class ends with a closing “healing circle” where you share what you are aware of.
The authentic sharing of who you are with others, the physical self-awareness, the trust between the participants and my work as the group facilitator, all of these make this class a unique holistic wellness voyage where you come out onto the other side with more clarity, wholeness and aliveness.
This is a protected space where you heal also from the trust you build with the other participants, class after class. This is why I strongly encourage you to attend the class regularly.
If you are interested to join this class, please contact me first (404-226-2195 or elisabeth@yogaforrenewal) so that we talk about your goals and needs in yoga therapy before your first class.
