Welcome. I am an IAYT-certified yoga therapist based in Atlanta, GA and a double cancer survivor. It’s actually cancer that lead me to yoga therapy.
My goal is to help you deepen your wellness journey thanks to a yoga therapy style I have designed that uses both yoga and Circle work.
Any yoga therapy private session or group class I facilitate starts with a time for you to share your inner reality, to name what is truly going on with you. It’s the Circle work. The Circle is then followed by a unique style of yoga that helps you inhabit and connect deeply with your body.
This style of yoga therapy is for anyone who is looking to address their needs—physically, mentally and emotionally. It can address a range of concerns—chronic pain, neurologic issues, mental health and illness support such as cancer, diabetes or heart disease—, or simply help you live with more satisfaction in your body, your emotions, your relationships and your life goals.
Listen to the “Courage to Go Deeper with 2x Breast Cancer Survivor” (44″) podcast I recorded in November 2021 for the Breast Cancer Conversations, and find out about my journey.
If you are ready to move towards more wellness, contact me (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information or to book a session. You can also register to receive my monthly e-newsletter.

I am an IAYT-Certified (C-IAYT) Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance. The yoga therapy components of my teaching are based on my IAYT certification, not derived from my status as an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance Registry.
